The New Engine!
Hey all!
I just picked up my new engine today! It's an LS2 out of a wrecked 2006 Pontiac GTO with 28k miles. This is the baby I'm going to put in my truck. It's rated at 400 hp and 400 ft-lbs of torque. There are still some other items I need to pick up (like the tranny and accessories for the motor), but it's my hope this is going to go together pretty quick so I can cruise this summer.
I'm trying to post some pics here, but I'm not sure if will work. If it does, the first pic is one of the donor GTO, and the second pic is the ride home with the LS2!

Hmmmm, that really didn't work the way I had intended it to work. I'm going to try this again and hopefully you can actually see the pics.
