Looking for OE Tailgate

Hey Im looking for a stock tailgate to fit a 2001 F350 crewcab superduty.
If someone has one they are willing to part with or knows of a place to get a complete tailgate with hardware included please let me know Color does not matter. Im located in Hampton Roads VA.

When I bought the truck it had a platic fifth wheel gate and it has since been damaged beyond use. I would like to replace it with OE if possible. I have found sites that sell bare tailgates but I dont know what hardware I need to buy with it to make it work. Does anyone have a parts list?

I have covered many junkyards in the area with no luck to finding one that is not damaged to all hell.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Check with places that install utility beds or lift gates. I put a lift gate on my '08 and sold the new take-off to a local body shop here in KY.

also check craigslist, I see them on there for around $250 quite often.

I have the one from my 05 250 that I am replacing with an 08+. Just wish you were closer, I'd make you a good deal.

OP, also check with Pullapart. I don't think they usually stock SDs, but you can request parts.
