Don't think so, do the numbers match, title & vin? That would be the main thing. IMHO

Although it may have been switched, what grill does it have? Also, what is the configuration of the side marker light at the back of the box?

There's good info there, and there's also a ton of info here in the forums and in the tech area on this site. Between the two, pretty much anything you can imagine has been answered (sometimes repeatedly!). I use both sources...

Darrell; thanks for the education class; I just gave away a 72 speedo bezel for a guy needing one for a 69 model F100; I didn't realize it might not work; but seems every similair; I didn't think the idiot lights & gauges clusters matter; on 67-72; as I know for the wiring harness diffences on 73-79; but now I know.
