$20 turbo

Ok I' am a little skeptical about this one. This is a product I found on ebay and it is supposed to be for cars. It is a whistle that attaches to you exhaust and sounds like a turbocharger. That destinct whine of the turbocharger is magically in your truck. So any of you heard of this? I think if its for a car it will always sound better in a truck. What is the point of making your truck sound like it's got a turbo if it does not? Sounds kind of ricey to me.....
