Pitman arms
Anyone know if a drop pitman arm for a 78 f150 will fit a 78 250? They make ones for much bigger lifts for the f150s, whereas they only make them up for a 2-3 inch lift for the f250s.

No it wont work. If you need more than the pitman arm get a drop draglink or just go with crossover steering. Thats the best way to go, a little more costly but gives you better steering and is great for tall lifts.
