Can anyone clear my memory:
On the master cylinder, the line for the rear brakes goes to to front port and the line for the front brakes goes to the rear port ???
Is that correct ??
On the master cylinder, the line for the rear brakes goes to to front port and the line for the front brakes goes to the rear port ?
Well,…………..Yes……and No,…….. it depends if your MC is mounted on the firewall (conventional) or under the floor, and then it is turned around so its backwards, and if it is a stock part or aftermaket? GreatNorthWoods is right no matter which way its mounted.
Some aftermarket kits use the Corvette MC and it has equal sized reservoirs and the opposite is true, sorry! See MBM site;
I'm using a firewall mounted M/C off a 94 windstar, it has a plastic tank and appears that the rear compartment is larger than the front, so the rear port should go to my front disc brakes.
