Well, motor is back in... Frost plugs replaced... But now I have a big oil leak...
I went through 5 liters of oil in about 150miles. The pan is soaked, but the at an idle in the driveway i can't see where its coming from. The plugs on the back of the heads aren't leaking, the valve covers seem to be not leaking... Rear main and pan don't seem to be the culperate. Not collecting in the valley, and it doesn't appear to be the Turbo Pedistal. But, it runs down the bell housing, and pan... Not sure if thats just because it is blowing there with the wind.
Where could it be coming from? I have checked everywhere. I don't know where to look anymore. I have checked the obviousc culperates. The starter has oil dripping off it, but can't find anything above that shows traces. I see a little bit on the block below the rear corner of the cyl heads, but nothing that would equate to that much oil loss.
Brand new motor here... Not sure what to do?
Interesting! Ok... Well, its not exactly fitting in there very well... I need a new O-Ring for it, so maybe you are right, maybe at high load its shooting up and out of there...

Will check! Thanks.
If leaking I would get the International repair kit #1846146C91
With this kit you discard the O-ring and reassemble it with a gasket on the outside of the pan and some flexible flange Loctite sealer and some RTV.
I have also found the wrench that fits our T444E fan clutches fits the nut on the adapter.
Cool! Thanks for that! I want to confirm that this is where its coming from first...
I guess I will just wrap a piece of paper towel around it and go for a burn, then come back and see if it is wet.
So... Let me ask a stupid question. My problem started as my coolant would puke under heavy load (>40PSI). I installed head studs, and never had the coolant puke again. Now, under heavy load (>40PSI), I loose a bunch of oil. My fuel/oil/coolant are not mixing, and the truck runs great!. Now, that being said something else for consideration, is that my previous blown up motor when I installed my new Stage III's, it began to blow LOTS of white smoke for about the first 30seconds of running (ONLY after being parked for like 12hours). This new motor has done this same thing since the day I put it in.
Is it possible to have the cylinder pressure leak past the head gasket ring (Fire Ring Head gaskets) and put pressure into my crank case? If so, how would the problem move from the coolant system (after installing studs) to the crankcase?
I guess the way to be sure, would be to throw a pressure gauge on the EGR and see if pressure goes up under high boost?
