Fitting bigger tires
hey everyone, i'm new to this forum. Today i put 35" x 12.5" tires on my 02 f350. stock ride height. I ordered a leveling kit, but its back ordered and i got a little impatient. I cut a small piece of the bottom on the bumper, and the bottom corner of the fenders behind the tires. they don't rub unless i cut the wheel hard either way.

Any negatives to doing this?

Welcome to FTE first off I dont really see an issue with it. It may look a lil funny once you get it lifted if its visiable. I personally would have waited till you got the lift for it.

Yeah, i only cut about an inch or so, but i'm going to get fender flairs, so hopefully it will cover some of it up.

Thanks Mr. H. I definitely love the diesel more than my old truck. Hope those wheels come in handy ha ha. I printed out the installation guide for the Banks, so i'll hopefully have it in tomorrow.

Good news, got an e-mail today, the leveling springs are in, and being processed, so my truck won't look goofy for much longer
