Having trouble with steering wheel controls

I had a factory nav unit and replaced it with a aftermarket unit. I purchased the SWI Jack to use the steering controls and in the process of trying to get it programmed. I noticed my cruise control functions do not work either. I wouldn't think they were tied into the stereo functions though. Any advice of what's going on. I believe the SWI Jack will only operate the stereo functions. Please help!

I have an 06 expy and am using the swi jack. I had to use their tech support to modify something because of a bad batch. I know my ac controls still work but I will check my cruise tomorrow and get back to you. i have honestly never used my cruise - so would be a good test. Just to be clear - the pac swi is working though for your radio - if not you may have to call them also. I had to cut some wire and splice it in to the factory harness. They were very helpful.
