Leveling Kit Questions
Hi, I have been doing some research about leveling out the front end of my truck. I have a 2004 F-150 Heritage 2wd, that has the body style of a 1997-2003 Ford F-150. I know I can't do a torsion bar level, because 2wd drives don't have a torsion bar. And getting a body or suspension lift isn't worth the money for the amount of lift I want. I do want 33 inch tires on the truck, so a dropping the back isn't an option. That leaves me with a coil spacer on the front suspension as the option.
However, I have been getting some different opinions on these coil spacers. I plan on having them professionally installed, but one place said $350 and another said $500. Also, one the $350 said I could fit a 2" spacer in without removing the arms, but the $500 place said I could only fit a 1-1/2" spacer, and would need new control arms if I got a 2". Can anybody else give me some information on this? I'm kinda stumped...
One more thing, are coil spacers bad for the truck in general?

Hey man,
Wait before you go to a body shop check ebay. I bought the leveling kit 1'-3' inch lift torsion keys for my truck for 50 bucks new from suspensionmax.
Rather than paying 185.00 at AutoZone or 99.00 online from Tuff Country web site.
These should fit your Hertiage and it is for 2wd. Check it out. You can trust them I have ordered 2 things from them and they ship fast. Hope this helps you brother.
