93 ford explorer Y pipe help

93 ford explorer Y pipe help
im puttin a new motor in my 93 explorer and one of the bolts that connect the Y pipe to the manifold snapped off 
...my question is. how can i get it out...i dont have a welder to weld a nut on and try and screw it out that way...is there anyother way i can get it out?

well i just got a drill and just the the broken bolts out so now im just gonna get new bolts and just slide em throught and have the tight....(went through like 100 bits to lol) thanks for ur opinion tho
