Tapping noise from tranny
I have an '02 F150 Screw that had a 4.6 and I swapped it to an '03 5.4. Ever since the install my tranny has been making a tapping noise when I put it in gear and even sometimes when I rev it up in park. Any ideas what it could be? ..
The tranny is a 4r70w and the engine is from the Windsor plant.

How do I check these bolts? I know very little about transmissions.

I removed the inspection plate on the tranny and a round grommet on the block and couldn't see any obvious damage to the flexplate and I couldn't see any bolts to inspect for tightness. Did I check all the right places for loose bolts?
