I sprayed my truck down and noticed some air bubbles around my # 4 glow plug when it was running! I dont think its loose that I could tell is this normal?
try tightening it down some more, it's a cone seat at the bottom so it should seal eventually. While you're at it, spray some water around your injectors as well, you may find even more compression leaks.

I just wanted to make sure you weren't spraying a hot engine with cold water, heard too many horror stories about that.
With water, I have to wonder if it was boiling and not air bubbling out. I found my leak after I changed injector o-rings and had some fuel still in the groove around the injector.

It was cold and it was around the glow plug it was air bubbling out I am shure!
I would just try tightening it a bit more. If that doesn't work, back it out a little bit and put some anit-sieze on the top of the threads and tighten it back down. Maybe that will help seal it.
Yes, the water test should only be performed on cold engine, you'd think that's a common sense thing but I guess there are always exceptions to the rule. Do what Sycostang said tho, back it out a bit and then tighten it down, you'll ave a good feel of howtight she is then. And anti-seize is always a good idea.
