Do you have two tanks?
If so how about the pump in the other tank. It could have a bad HP check valve.

Try turning the key off and on about three times and see if the truck will start right up.
Does the fuel pump run all the time the key is on when it does not start?

Have tried the 3 times over and over, pump seems to work properly. truck has never been wrecked or customized. It has to be losing gas prime or it could be electrical. .Thanks

First of all check for codes in CM memory. If you have checked for codes what codes did you get in KOEO & CM?
When it does not start put a noid light on one of the injector plugs and see if it flashes while cranking.
Put a fuel gauge on it when it will not start and ground pin #6 of the self-test plug and turn on the key and see if you get 40-45 PSI pressure.
Put a spark checker on it when it does not start and see if you have spark and how much.

This has been frustrating, have not gotten a code. will not give the problem while sitting at the garage. I may buy these tools myself, thanks.
