yeah, sadly it wasn’t that cool. And it’s a tough bed swap cause the previous owner welded rebar to the frame.

It’s crazy what POs do sometimes. We all have had to play clean up because of what someone else has done.

I bought a long bed fleetside truck many yrs ago & the previous owner did the same thing but he made flat metal doors to access the space under there, I was able to replace the box ...

This aint "Right Now", but that's what it looks like. I got tired of bodywork and paint, so I built that flatbed for it out of plywood. It's streetrod up front and ratrod in the back. I've got a bed for it, but it will need a lot of work.

Thats a sweet truck, I’m glad to hear that somebody cleaned up the previous owners garbage and made it look good.

Here is the state of my 49. I haven't worked on it lately due to moving from our condo and awesome mancave but we are hoping to find a suitable house and garage then I can finish it.
