What years can I look for a radiator to replace mine. Pressure tested the radiator yesterday. The guy I bought it from said a good 4 times the radiator was brand new. Well it was pouring out of the bottom like a lake when pressurized it. Didn't hold pressure when its running and came to conclusion the caps bad too.
I found one in rock auto for $180 plus sipping and lmc was $200 plus shipping. Make sure if buying a new one it it copper/brass not aluminum/plastic. I find the aluminum ones don't cool as well. All the listings I see say 85-86 only, but I think the 87-96 ones are the same as well. I would try a new cap first then try it again, much cheaper than a new or recored radiator.

Where do you live? It helps if people put this info in their profile.
The reason I ask is that someone on this board may have a radiator that they aren't using and give it up real cheap but you probably wouldn't want to pay for shipping.
Did your radiator guy give you an estimate on repairing it, buying a replacement from him, or other options? There are a lot of places you can buy radiators.
