oooo that looks really nice!
id do the valve covers black along with the exhaust manifolds.
green and black look very nice together.

just some black/green combo idea to show my point:

green/black and silver(bolts in your case) combo:

ooo ok.here's an engine:

see what im saying?
green/black is a great tuff looking combo.
i think the ford blue would look out of place.
might want to hit the valve covers green too actually.
there's enough stuff to hit black all around the engine for the cool green/black combo to really work.
just looking at that green intake in itself doesn't look like much.but man,if you stick with black to complement it,and green valve covers,i think you'll have it made.looking great!you just have to envision the correct contrast colors to go with it.imho its only black.(the silver bolts are perfect too!)

Your right that would look better with black instead of blue, the motor will still have a little blue, air filter, tube connectors, all that, thanks for the suggestion man!

I got one valve cover painted lime green today, still have to sand the other one down, had some dents so I filled them in, painted the turbo black and all the brackets black. I was thinking about painting the heads, but once I got to looking there is to much taping to do and I don't want to mess anything up if I don't tape everything right, they are still gray so I don't think they will look to bad, and you won't see much of them anyway. I'll post pics of what i have painted so far tomorrow. Hoping to get the heads on saturday, I wont to hear this thing running soon. lol
