yep, if it's doing it at all those temps even when plugged in i would look at the batteries first. the glowplugs aren't your culprit if it does it even when plugged in. makes me think your romping when warm problem may not be IPR o-rings b/c they would take longer to start when warm, not cold though. hmmmmm...
WELL I FOUND MY PROBLEM. THE TRUCK SITS ALL WINTER SO I JUST TOOK IT TO THE STATION AND PUT SOME FRESH DIESEL FUEL IN IT AND IT FIRES RIGHT AWAY NOW EVERYTIME.
