fuel injection control module harness and throttle sensor
well i have decided to replace both in my 03, probably should just replace both, but the sensor shuts the truck off when i wiggle the harness and when i am going down the road my truck falls off to an idle, some times just shuts off untill i let off the throttle and push down again or put it in nuetral and restart. since i don`t believe the harness is supposed to shut the truck off when i wiggle it i will start with that. does anyone know what the cross over from ih pat #1843476c92 is . my ford dealer says there is 5 different harness` for the truck and needs the # off the harness and gave him the ih #, said needs ford part #. also does anyone know the part # for the pedal [throttle position sensor] with adjustable pedal? my dealer adds 33% to msrp so if i can get the part numbers i will order from world parts express which gives 35 or 40 percent off ford parts. anyhelp would be appreciated. thanks. tracy
