hard starting

i replaced my injectors o rings etc on my 1994 turbo and now my truck starts hard i did work to both tanks and they both work now but when i removed the fuel line i found a broken o ring pulled it out i put another in maybe the wrong one im unsure but it did not leak... and when i pulled it off it was full of fuel so but i am going to go and replace the o rings or just that line if i can find it today to try and make sure everything is proper i cracked all my lines at the injectors all made the motor stumble a bit also i got another fuel filter that im going to put on to check and see if that is my problem any other ideas? it does start better when its hot maybe ill re check my glow plugs as well... im super stressed out with this truck as its been off the road for months while i have been replacing everything and just want it to be like it used to be any help would be great sorry if im not making any sense

i will check that out for sure i have dual cat batteries but they do seem to drain very quickly for such big batteries and the battery cables have been replaced within the last year but i will go over them all i will also add some more cab frame motor grounds i am unsure what it has for grounds right now anyway
