85 E 350 Alternator
85 E350 . I'm getting no juice to the choke heating element. The alternator "S" terminal has two leads. Orange to the voltage reg. Blk/Wht to the electric choke, according to my manual. Does any one know what the voltage should read coming out of the b/w "S" terminal that leads to the choke? Is it 12v or 9v? Furthermore, if there is no voltage I would concluded that there is a diode gone bad in the alternator correct?
