Oh my!..........................................

I don't think just a gear change will work on the dizzy. The dist on the left is early style 302, and the dist on the right is the one from the 96. The gear is a different size, but the "snout" that fits the oil pump drive is longer than the early style...............

We need to talk.........

the learning curve is steep, just when I thought I had the C/W/M thing figured out I get thrown another wrinkle. When people ask me about fuel injection, I still ask them if they mean Hilborn,Enderle or Algon.

The "96" is the only rig I have with FI and a computer. I've already changed to a 4 bbl manifold and Holley. All I need is a dizzy and everything I own will be "old school". NO MORE COMPUTERS!

Just the man I am looking for....Noting your expertise in the inline intake catagory perhaps you can help a fellow ford lover, fte member and Oregon Chapter brother of the net...ok now that the silliness is over, I have an old esmunds intake for a Chrysler Flathead 6, it is a chrysler as the dodge is smaller. I can find no info on it at all, really I want to get rid of it so I can get a dual quad manifold for the 390 in my 1966 f100, any help would be appreciated, Thanks, Mike

You inline intake if bead blasted and all the threads in good shape would bring $300-350 at a swap meet, off the shelf with oxidation $150-200. The cheapest dual 4 intakes I've seen for the FE's sart at $350 and it was kinda rough, needed heli coils in the water neck and one carb mount.
