can someone please tell me if these will fit and how close they are to stock. im trying to talk the dealer into keeping the wheels and tires at a discount and me putting these rims on with 285/70/17 duratracs.

Not sure if they'll fit, but based on the price and gaudy looks, these are probably Chinese made junk cast wheels.
Having had custom wheels in the past, chrome peels, paint and clearcoat finishes peel off, aluminum oxidizes, etc. They are NOT going to be made anywhere near OEM standards. They may be less round, may be porous, etc.
I'm a fan of factory wheels in just about every situation. If you want a different look, I'd try to get a different set of Ford wheels from a different model truck.
not a fan of the looks, but eagle alloys are a good brand of wheels. and they have some good looking one to, just not those. i personally think anything under a 20" wheel on the newer trucks looks to small. i would go with a 20". nothing wrong with them. not a rough ride or anything.
