Question 302 issue......any ideas?

Valve cover gaskets changed and they sealed perfectly, however, after driving down the road and back I popped the hood and saw some oil on the driver side valve cover again. Looks like it came from around the oil fill. The PCV valve is working properly, so what could cause this type of blowback? Too much pressure, something clogged? Help me out here please. There is also some sort of foaming action going on inside the valve cover. With the PCV valve out, the foam actually starts to bubble up through the hole. Any ideas on any of this?

Foam in the oil is indicative of coolant leak. This is probably the cause of the oil boiling out of the fill hole. Check the dipstick to see if the oil looks like mayonnaise; that would be a confirmation of antifreeze mixing with the oil.

Nope, oil looks normal. I did look inside the oil cap and I noticed a white filter of some sort. I also thought about the possibility that, when I did the valve covers, I sprayed some brake cleaner in there to clean up the "gunk". Maybe that has something to do with it. I figured it would have evaporated, but some may have pooled in the corners. I'll change the oil and filter again and see how it's looking afterwards.

Pull the valve covers again and check the drains at ether end of the head, they like to clog with broken valve stems....

I checked the drains thoroughly when I replaced the valve cover gaskets and, although they needed a little cleaning, they were clear when I sealed things back up. Anything else I should check for?
