Howdy Guy's, I hope everyone had a great Groundhogs day.It was pretty good here my wife got out the first time in a week. She came back home from Bandera after visiting with her sister and brother, with the Flu. She had to sleep in the spare bedroom because, with my weakened immune system I can't really afford to get it. I felt fairly safe since I have had the flu Shot and got my Pnuemonia booster shot, but she didn't want to push it. She wishes she had got the flu shot now. We did a little shopping but she tired quickly and we came back home. I told her she was pushing it, but she wanted to get out of the house.
Well I( guess I will run, I got to put the rub on the pork butt i am going to smoke tomorrow.

Well the wife is over the flu and I haven't caught it yet. The pork butt came out perfect, I have been having pulled ork sandwiches every other day, I love it but I don't want to burn out on it either! i took some extra to work yesterday a co worker said he was about ready to knock me in the head for some Monday. He thought it was awesome. Said if i wanted to give any more away he would be glad to take it!
It got cold here again supposed to have a hard freeze here tonight. I hate cold weather because to much stuff! One of the draw backs of geting older, but I ain't ready to be dead yet. Which is the only way to keep from getting older.

Howdy folks and Happy Taco Tuesday!
Well happy to say I slipped out of another one. Had a mild Heart Attack last Wednesday night. Long story short. I caught it just as it was starting, got to the hospital. It's just six minutes from my house, the wife took me, quicker than riding in an ambulance. Any how got 4 more stents, and spent 3 days in the hospital. Still here alive and Kicking!
