whats goin on?

 

Just another monday here. How are you doing Rocky?

 

Doing good. Off today- well I say that now but its still early I scheduled a bunch of maintenance at the job site today so they may be calling me , hope not. Got to run to Angleton around 10 then head on over to the lake - since I never went like I wanted to over the weekend.

Got a call from one of our FTE members over the weekend to give some pointers on how to cook ribs. Gave out some directions and can you believe it-he siad they were fantastic.

I could not believe it when he told me that, normaly there are to many other factors in BBQing to have that out come. Like pit type, temperature etc. he had no temperature guage either. Just glad it turned out for him.

How was your weekend?

 

Was good. Actually cooked some short ribs myself yesterday. Other than that did some power washing and cleaned up the garage.

I love them baby back ribs, just cant find them for a good price lately.

 

Yeah I paid a bit more than I would have liked...but my craving for them won!

how is everyone doing, im ok hauling a load of scrap then going and getting a clutch for the '93 so i can drive it again, im putting 3/4 ton springs in the rear along with a ford 9 inch with 3/4 ton springs in the front
