Emergency brake problem?

Emergency brake problem?
I have noticed for quite awhile that when I put the "EX" in park on a bit of an incline,it basically sits there.. When I put put it in park and put the E brake on it tends to roll anywhere from 4"-6" and stop..I have taken it to my brake guy and to the dealer and both of them tell me it's ok.. Nawww,I don't agree with them,but can't figger it out.
Does anyone else have this problem or know what's causing it???
