AC help in Houston?

Is there anyone around Katy or Cypress area willing to help me with my AC problem? Summer is coming up soon and would love to have it working this for this summer. Right now when I turn it on to anything besides the off position it only comes out through the defroster and the compressor keeps kicking on and off which I think means it needs more free on. I really think it has something to do with the vacuum lines. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

i live off of spring cypress and 249 and im gonna be replacing my compressor and recharging my ac soon when im doing that id be happy to take a look at it 4 you.
