Proportioning valve ?
.. and can't find one for a 1980 f150.. the ? is can i use one from another year (92).?

Every year of mustang has available adjustable proportioning valves. Not sure if it would work on the trucks or not, not sure if the trucks use a bigger one or what. I would assume as long as it is the same size fittings it should work.

It should, even if you have to change the fittings on the end of your lines. It might not work properly but the brake bias should be close enough. I have mine bypassed (rear brakes werent working)
