gearing help
i have a 95 f350 with 4.10 gearing and i am getting about 15mpg and was wondering if any body would know what kind of mileage i would get if i put 3.73 gearing in or 3.55 any body know or have experience of this?

What is the rest of the combo..truck config, tire size, engine and trans, and how is it used?

FWIW I think most here would be pretty happy with that milage.

it is a 95 f350 with a 7.3L diesel and a E4OD tranny 35inch tires and a 6 inch lift kit and is used as a daily driver i forgot to post that info

Have you recalibrated the speedo for those tires, if not your milage calculations are WAY off.

ah no i have not i bought the truck 1 month ago and the guy who had it did not either so whats the best way to recalibrate it and thanks for the info
