04 xlt with 3in body lift and 31x10.5 tires my gpms have been cut in half from 24 to 13 help me if you can thank you

i just did me and my wife r going on crusie out of ft lader dale any why i realy havent till she asked me i drive to land o lakes to get my son on week ends use about a qort tank of gas and i think it was same before but for my truck im supps to get 24miles a gaall it dont math
