hard to start
my 83 f 100 has a problem. when it's cold( about 15 degrees or less) the ignition gets almost impossible to move to the start position. i have replaced the key lock cylinder and the ignition switch. the new ignition switch is just as hard to move as my old one. anybody else have this problem? i'm thinkin about putting some electrical grease in it to help it move. the switch is adjusted correctly. any ideas? i dont mean it's a little hard to turn, i mean it is almost impossible to turn with your fingers when its cold. what i don't get is why the new switch slides just as hard as my old one?
