steering issues

Yesterday i i replaced the gear box due to it being worn and leaky. So today i went for a drive and i noticed when it is in motion and turning to the left the box will bind for a sec then keep going it is at the same place 3/4 turn to the left the gear box is a reman. but when i turn the wheel lock to lock when not in motion it is smooth and steady. could my new box needs to be broken in? Thanks

Turn it to where it binds and see if your draglink is binding on something. The gearbox shouldn't need to be broken in.

It sounds like something is shifting when you are turning left. Possible slack in ball joint.
Did you install a track rod when you did the D60 swap, check the mount on the frame for the track rod and on the axle.

I checked all tie rods are tight drag link is tight. also the track bar is tight too. This is really strange and all this started after i replaced the gear box.
