New numbers fellas!!!

Yep, i hit up a little Dyno Day on Saturday just for the heck of it simply to see how much difference the stage 2's actually was even with the stage 1 tuning.

old numbers was 352hp/731tq with everything i have now, just stage 1 injectors.

the new numbers were 380hp/870tq. i actually couldn't believe that the torque was that high!!! could have been the difference in dyno's, but i feel the horsepower number is pretty spot on with the other dyno i ran on. i'm pretty impressed with the 28hp gain seeing that i haven't updated my tuning yet. think i will update the tunes and go hit that dyno again just for fun since they only charge 75 bux for 3 pulls.

I dyno'd twice in 4th gear and once in 5th gear. when i went to do it in 5th the first time the EGT's were at 1200* before i even got the turbo spooled up!!! So i opted to let off and they allowed me a little time to let it cool off a little bit as water temp was climbing pretty good too. So after holding a squirrel cage fan against the I/C for a couple minutes to get some air to the radiator i let the coal roll again and i was surprised to see smoke starting to roll out of all of the doors of the shop. LOL. they weren't putting anything on our stacks for the runs so my 3 runs actually filled up their 3 bay shop to a haze through out and a cloud sitting on the ceiling. i was very happy with that. hahaha. just thought i'd let yall know!!

It's gonna take more than nozzles brotha..
160cc/80% nozzles with a stock H2E got my buddy 426/9xx in his SD, but it kept blowing the intake spyder off the plenums around 2200 rpms so there was more power there, just didn't get it to the rollers, then he cracked the block so we will never know the true power that truck had..

pleasee.... Once my F-150 gets running it will have more power idling than your festiva at it's peak... LOL. jk

nope, but i think Todd would have the most power out of us so far. he is probably in the 500's??? don't remember his setup, but i know he has a sledgehammer so that would need plenty of fuel to spool. gotta be 500's easy.

I think I read in his sig on PSN something about 250/200's or something big and meaty like that hahaha. And he's got a sledgehammer aswell so he's gotta be at 525 550 ish maybe even closer to 600, cuz that quite a bit of fuel an air. And great numbers Travis, now you just gotta get so hot tunes in there and break that 400 mark with a stock turbo haha.

I noticed that these kind of numbers are only being done with a manual tranny? I don't think the E40D could take those kind of numbers.....lol

Nice numbers Travis. That's one heck of an increase in the torque numbers for sure!

I seriously have to find a Dyno in my area. It always seems like they have them every weekend in the south!

Those are some solid numbers!

Nice Travis. Now get some new tunes. It's really not that hard ya know!!!

It's amazing what horsepower can come from an injector with bigger nozzles. I talked to Cale at BTS the other day about mine. I was going to run the stock sticks with a chip for a while till I can get a trans built but didn't like the idea of having to pull everything off to change the injectors to my stage 2's again.

He told me that the 2's w/o any program changes at all would put me in the 300 rwhp range just because they flow more fuel. Told me to throw the chip in the glove box and then install when the trans goes in. Figure that sounds good to me!!

He's gonna tell you to call and talk to Joey... I've been trying to pry it outta him and Cody for a long time now haha. I just hate to call a business to ask a price unless I know for a fact that I'm going to purhase one right there... I feel like I am wasting their time and I know in a business time is money.

It won't be a waste of your time or theirs. Trust me on that. If you don't want to call Joey, then email him. It's worth it. For all the time you've spent trying to get the info second hand, you could already have had numerous hpop's modded and you'd know the exact answer to your question straight from the horse's mouth.
