OK, while i am here and getting great advise and help on Engine codes and Door codes. this would be the place to ask. I am looking for a roof liner round vent cover. (Kids ripped it out because they did not want me to see they broke it???????)
also wife used the love of my life EX and came home with a botton cover on the steering wheel missing (CRuise control) switch works just missing rubber cover. Any leads on where to find them or do i go to Ford?

I assume that you're talking about the throttle body?
If so,then it is normal for it to have a very slight gap-it will not close up completely airtight.

I have some extra roof vents I yanked out from LKQ,but they are grey? If they will work I will ship them for $5 or whatever a shipping bag and shipping is,but any scrap yard should have them off expeditions also..

agreed, to look at it, it will look like its closed tight. but there will be air moving through it.
it is a VERY small gap , you'd need feeler guages to measure it.
