Nice look to the truck. You're like me with your rigs, your mind changes about like you change underwear!!!
I liked your choice of the chrome and such before as it wasn't too much or too goddy. But really like the sleaker, sleeper look as well but still looks agressive.
I'm going for the complete grandpa look for my 95 I'm building. Almost all stock on the outside except for clear lights. It'll have stock wheels plus the old grandpa looking molded fiberglass running boards. But under the hood will be something completely different!! The only thing noticable to someone that knows what they're looking at will be the large exhaust out the back and the intercooler behind the grille.
Truck looks awesome! I like the new look, but still prefer the shiny wheels. I considered something like you have now to go with my black truck, but my truck isn't fast enough to run something like that!
What are you doing with the stuff you took off, like the detroit lockers? I might be interested in them.
The hood is a Keystone Heat extractor knockoff, looks cool i think.
I took the stack off because i couldnt touch anything in the bed or back of the truck without getting soot all over me, starting the truck up with a door open, the soot would suck in the cab and cover the seats, soot everywhere. I still have a pretty sleek looking mount in the bed to slide in a 5" stack for the track, so it will look cool racing
The grille is a stock grille painted with some ol regular billet inserts you could probably find on ebay.
All the old parts are gone, sold most of them last summer. I do have the wheels and tires i took off, nice lariat wheels with 90% Hankook dynapro ATM's.
Strokersace- Yeah still alive, not really around much as i dont get on here often, been leading a busy life this year like i should instead of working on my junk all night every night like last spring. Im glad my truck has been running well with no flaws, i have live tuning scheduled in TN for march 18th.
