Manual Tranny problem
Hi
I got a question,
My cousin's got a `1992 F250 7.3 diesel with a manual tranny.
When he shifts it into reverse it rakes BADDLY. What could be causing it? and is it fixable?

Forgot one detail:
It only rakes in reverse not the other gears
