Well, get an oasis report, make surw no chronic problems. Get an egr delete kit, coolant filter, 4inch exhaust and sct tuner with custom tunes.
Mine runs better than my brothers 2010 duramax.
For v10, they will last a while, but bad mileage and have to run high rpms.
Diesel is more expensive to maintain but more power and way better mileage.
