I finally came up with enough cash to replace the broke down 351W. I found a place in San Antonio that is sending me a 351W with cylinders bored .40 and everything but the crank is brand spanking new. They spin test and compression test them and it has a 12,000/12month warranty. All of this for only $710 + a $340 core charge on my motor. They are even going to deliver the engine right to the shop that I work at. This was cheaper than rebuilding my current engine as the bearings were all spun and the crank and cam were in tough shape. I know this sounds too good to be true but as far as I can see these guys are legitimate. Check it out at citymotorsupply.com.
I checked them out and spoke with them after your initial post a few weeks ago. They are legite, atleast from our phone conversations. Let me know how it turns out. As far as "you get what you pay for". Generally, yes, but in this case, These guys have been around a long time. They work off of volume, and their techs are all certified.
