Thinking about changing fuel pump

I have a 1990 ranger 2.9 and just tested the fuel pressure.
Its 30 psi. What should it be?
Also, I want to cut an access panel thru the bed.
Any thoughts?

well my thaught is that it is prity easy to pull the bed 6 bolts, 3 screws and with the help of a buddy it can be done in an hour
