1 micron is very good. No extra filtering is needed. Mix away.

I filter to 1 micron using sock filters. How fine is the OEM Fuel filter?

Also remember just because its filtered to 1 micron dont mean its dewatered. Ask them how its filtered and dewatered. Centrifuge will flash off some water if heated.
