Computer Codes OBD-II

Hello,
I am new to this Forum and I say hello to all there seems to be a wealth of information here. My first question would be. Is there any easy way to get the OBD-II codes without a scan tool. All my previous toys have been EEC-IV using the 2 and 3 digit code system. Also soes anyone have a link to a site with all the OBD-II codes. Thanks in advance.

go to ebay and search for obdii scanners you should be able to see the creader scanner tool is for reading and clearing codes. i have one and for 60 dlls is a great buy.
