6637 help

ok so i got the AEM Brute Force Intake and have had it for a few years. i have washed the filter as stated in the directions for cleanning. blah blah blah. anyway its old and i dont feel like its gunna hold up much longer. so i wanna get the 6637 filter for it and replace the aem one. the question is will it fit on the aem brute force tube? the dia is 4" but it has a funkey bend on it. jus wondering if anyone has done this with an aem or has any insight in how to make it work. thanks a ton guys.

If it is plastic I would say no because you want something rigid to clamp to for a good seal.
