Over Cab Marker lights

Over Cab Marker lights
My SD does not have the marker lights over the cab, but I want to add them. Is this a tough job? I can't figure out how to run wiring without tearing up the headliner and getting the wiring beneath the dash. Can someone point me in the right direction. Is this worth the effort? Where should I buy the lights? Thanks.

Hi, Nut and welcome to the board.
Lots of us have done this. Try out the search option and you'll find a bunch of info. The model year of your truck will make a difference.
