Is that truck in Tn? It doesn't say what trans either. Seems like a decent price. New tires have to be at least $500-600, another couple hundred for the winch.
the price is either a typo or due to this:
"Needs interior work" - this is generally a good indicator of high miles/and or (usually "and")
a hard worked truck.
i would defiantly go look this one over.
