Looping
I have a V10 in a 1999 F53 Moterhome and it has started to lope at idale,if it were a old (bad word) Chev I would adjust the air fuel mixture and that would salve the problem. I have know idea what to do with this problem. Any help you can give me will gratly apresheated.

Random changes in idle would sound like either a dirty IAC or a vacuum leak to me. Which happen to be two common, cheap and simple problems. Remove the IAC, clean it real good and reinstall it. Then with the engine running, spray starting fluid around the rubber hoses, if the engine rev's up, you sprayed near a vacuum leak.
Start here and get these out of the way, then it would be time to dig a little deeper if it persist.
