The downpipe on a 5" system is 4". It should be 4" on the 4" system as well unless it is from Banks.

If you want, come down in a couple weeks to Albany. We will be working on a few projects and we can help you install your exhaust.

I bought a 5inch system through Clay and I think it was the first system he saw in person and helped install in a truck. It sounded wicked to me but I did not have anything other than stock before that. But Clay was also impressed and that said alot to me. I just like going big the first time.
Clay, are you giving up stacks?

I wish my 5" had the one peice tail section on it. It doesn't exit like that at all. I like that. Mine exits straight out behind the rear tire not at an angle.
The 5" even at start up sounds mean... Alittle loud at times when your trying to talk but I can live with that....

Yes you can expect your '99 to sound like that. That's why I bought a 5".
