Ignition switch?
I have a 2000 F250 SD SC 7.3 4X4 lariat. I am having some electrical problems. my blower fan wont shut off after I turn off the truck and remove the key. If I turn the heater/ac to off it will shut off, turn signals work with key out, turn signal relay rattling intermittantly (without the signals on) and some switch/relay/solenoid? by my LF headlamp clicking on and off. I researched the posts and tried switching the blower relay, no luck. I cant find a relay that covers any of the things together I am having trouble with. could it just be a worn out ignition switch?

I had the same problem with my heater blower. I looked at the electrical schematic and it shows an always hot line to the motor that passes through the relay. If the relay goes bad and the swithch remains closed it will stay on. That problem went away mysteriously. Recently I also have noticed my ABS and Air bag dash lights remaining on intermittantly. That problem also went away mysteriously. I did have the truck scanned for codes and none came up. The only thing I notcied was the negative battery clamp was severely corroded and somewhat deteriorated. I changed it out and so far no issues. I can't understand how this would affect it but who knows?
