You would then need to check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail on the engine with a fuel pressure gauge.
Short pin #2 to Pin #6 of the EEC Self-Test Connector with the key on and the gauge should read between 55 & 60 PSI fuel pressure.
If the fuel pump relay does not click when you do this try grounding pin#6 and if it clicks then you have a bad ground to the computer.
If you have the fuel pressure then check to see if the injectors are firing with a noid light, if they are not and you have power on the Red wire from the PCM Power Relay with a test light then change the PCM computer. You can check this wire at any injector.
