Ground connections

Hey guys, can anybody tell me where to look for the main engine ground and the grounds for each battery? I'm guessing it should be a pretty beefy cable to take the full load of the starter. The reason I'm looking is I've been having charging issues that started when my starter decided to seize up on me. Went to crank the truck and it turned over very slowly a few times then stopped. I tried to crank it a second time and everything went dead the second I hit start. All the dash lights went out, radio died, dome light went out, etc. When I let off the key, everything came back on. Turns out the starter was acting like a dead short until the battery post heated up enough to MELT off! Ever since then my volts running down the road barely hit 14. If the headlights are on its around 13.8 (all via AE). The headlights will visibly dim at idle, something which it barely did before.

I've got pictures of the starter if anybody wants to see. One of the bolts holding the motor together snapped and the whole casing is crooked. I was surprised the damn thing still turned.

If i remember right. There was a major ground, Driverside front. Opposite side of the CPS..
Another big on on the cross member under the oil pan. One on the stud for the starter?

There is a Jumper from ground to chassis on the passenger side battery. There is a ground strap behind the passenger side head to firewall.
